Red Devil is right name!

The fish itself was fine, but the particular fish we got was too aggressive for our purposes. We purchased this fish because we were looking for a tank mate for our tiger oscar (a tank mate the oscar wouldn’t kill and eat). Unfortunately, it went the other way and the red devil killed our oscar and maimed a second oscar. I took the red devil back to Reef Life Aquarium, and since they do not accept returns, I simply gave him back without a refund or exchange. I then purchased a new oscar from the store, who seems to get along well with the one the red devil maimed (and frankly, we expected to die). So, fish quality was good—we love the oscar we purchased at Reef Life Aquarium—but the fish itself was not good for our situation.
