The product was simple to use and worked as described. The issue I had was some wet food build up after being away for a week. It might have been due to where I placed the auto feeder, however, when I returned home there was wet food and condensation on the feeder. Not sure how long it took to get in this state, but my fish were all alive so it must have still worked. I fear though if I would have been gone longer the feeder would have been completely blocked with wet food. Overall, product worked well, I just wouldn’t leave it longer than a week without checking it.
