Easy Carbon is designed to be an algae inhibitor as it contains chemical compounds which are known to reduce algae growth within the planted aquarium. In turn, plants often grow at a faster and more healthy rate since there is less competition for nutrients and carbon dioxide against algae.

Dosing is easy with Easy Carbon. Each pump contains 1 milliliter of Easy Carbon. Snail, Fish, and Shrimp Safe.

Easy Carbon is available in one size:

16oz/500ml bottle treats 5,000 gallons
*Some plants are known to be sensitive to Easy Carbon, such as Vallisneria and Anacharis.

*Please store fertilizers upright and away from children. Pump heads are not leak proof. For optimal shelf life, store out of light.

Recommended Dosing Instructions:

If your tank has low lighting:
Dose 1 pump per 10 gallons every other day.

If your tank has medium to high lighting:
Dose 1 pump per 10 gallons every day.

When in doubt, start low and increase the dosage after 2 weeks.

Easy Carbon Contains: 1.5% glutaraldehyde, 0.5% citric acid

We recommend ensuring the tip of the pump is clean of debris. Wiping the tip after each use helps prevent a mineral crust from the fertilizer from developing. If this happens and the pump gets blocked up, it can cause the fertilizer to come out in a random direction.

Warning:
Can be irritating if it gets into your eyes, nose, or mouth. It can cause stomach upset if swallowed. If you get Easy Carbon on your skin, rinse off. If you get it in your eyes or mouth, rinse thoroughly for 15 minutes. For USA customers reference the poison.org website.
