 "Madagascar Lace Plant", is a highly sought after  plant in the hobby. Its leaves are broad and long with a very delicate lace appearance. Under the right conditions, these plants will flower regularly in the aquarium. This plant is more demanding than most, but is well worth the extra effort.

 They are perennial plants and will go through a period where most of their leaves will die back, typically during the summer, then sprouting new larger leaves around the fall.

The Madagascar Lace Plant benefits from regular additions of CO2, iron rich fertilizers, and trace elements.

Awesome plant, great price!

I recieved a very healthy specimen with no discoloration or melting. Its growth is a vibrant green with several lattice-like leaves. I drip-acclimated it for a little while and planted it halfway in the substrate and it's still growing fine with no die-back (melting) at all as I've experienced with other aponogeton species. This plant is well worth the money and Reef Life Aquariums has them at a great price; much cheaper than I've seen elsewhere online. This plant is definitely in my top three favorite, rare, aquarium plants now.

Nice looking plant

They had some nice looking lace plants and I tried one out. It still growing very nicely.
