Not much to say about a sponge filter, many manufacturers and they all work about the same. I was pleased to buy this product in a pet store and not get gouged on price. I've been in the store 4 or 5 times now and had time to look at the dry goods. Honestly, the prices at Reef Life are fair and reasonable.

it’s a good filter although there’s a big air leak aside from where the air bubbles are supposed to exit. so I can’t really tell if the filter is working 100%
